Job Summary:

Project Lead will be responsible for managing projects, and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the customer’s expectations. 

You will lead on all projects agreeing with stakeholders the projects standards along with the methodology to be used.

You should also possess outstanding organisational and leadership skills, coupled with an ability to understand the wider picture. 

Apart from being experienced, Project Managers should also be commercially-minded, ideally with experience of healthcare provision. 


a.       3 years + experience within a similar role or transferable skills

b.      Knowledge of the NHS industry is desirable

c.       Interest in the NHS and health care is essential

d.      Ideally you will have a Lean Six Sigma qualification (Yellow/Green belt or higher) or similar qualification.


a.       Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project.

b.      Be responsible for all aspects of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.

c.       Writing up all project documentation.

d.      Submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers.

e.       Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project.

f.        Creating a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities.

g.       Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle.

h.      Properly scoping a project to include budgets and resources.

i.        Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project.

j.        Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects.

k.      Managing project personnel to achieve project objectives.

l.        Regularly review and analyse the project scope.

m.    Managing expectations, identifying project risks and agreeing project objectives.

n.      Ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.

o.      Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in the UK market

p.      Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads

q.      Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against targets and ensure KPI's are met

r.       Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product by working closely with our head office, operational managers and your peers

s.       Liaise with Managers and stake holders to ensure a smooth and professional handover of all new business

t.        Attend events to network and create leads. Work with our strong Marketing team to identify leads gathered from webinars and events.
