We require a Community Services Operations Manager to work from our primary call centre site in Iwade, with travel around the UK to support and manage staff effectively. This role will be working on a full-time basis, you’ll be joining a growing, dynamic unit, supporting the uk's community Services team, consisting of administration staff, consultants, specialist GP's and health care assistants. Maintaining full operations within the community services call centre and ensuring clinics are fully operational across the UK. You will conduct appraisals and review KPI's and assist in the recruitment and induction of new employees and contractors. The ideal candidate will have previous multi-management skills and be able to help move our business forward.  You will work hard, learn fast, and get an invaluable jump start in your professional growth. 

The ideal candidate will have:

=            Previous diverse management skills, working remotely, supporting a multi skilled team.

=            Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and board level reporting. 

=            Excellent communication and I.T. skills, being able to produce reports and monitor figures and finances. 

=            Strong interpersonal, planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
